Delivery Service
All our orders are shipped via a trusted courier service. The delivery takes place within 2-3 working days, in rural regions 5-7 working days, whereby the package can be accepted against signature at the specified delivery address. The package is fully insured until the time of signing.
When Will I Recieve My Item?
The general delivery time depends on your selection and how long it takes our jewelery makers and master jewelers to create your custom jewellery. The duration may deviate from the general guidelines

Personalized jewelry
The delivery time for customer-specific jewelry is 2 - 4 weeks.

Made to measure
For jewelry made to special dimensions, the delivery time is between 3 and 5 weeks. However, this time frame can vary and depends on the complexity and design of the piece of jewellery.

Items ready for shipment
Our ready-to-ship range is usually delivered within 4 days.

Do you need your shipment faster?
If you need your order urgently, please send an email to [email protected] or reach out to us on the live chat.
Once your product has been made and ready for dispatch, we will email you a tracking link where you will be able to follow the progress of your parcel.
Can I get my order sooner?
If you need something sooner, you could either check our sale products which can be delivered within 7-10 working days, or you could request an urgent order by getting in contact with us over email to [email protected] or call us.
Where Is My Order?
You can find out more about the status of your order if you contact us roughly 2 weeks after your order was placed (3 weeks if your order is fully custom). You can track the status of your order by checking the tracking code we sent you. If not, you can send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to give you an update.
What If I Want to Deliver To a Different Address?
If you would like your delivery address to be different from your billing address, we will need the following additional documents:

A copy of the card holder’s photo ID. A passport or driving license is recommended.

A copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement that must be dated from the last 3 months, in order for us to verify the billing address of the card.

A letter of authorisation which gives us permission to send to an alternative address. This must be printed and hand signed by the cardholder. We can email you the format which you can use to print and sign.
Do you deliver to APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses?
We will deliver any order under $15,000 to an AFPO address via Australia Post Priority Service.
We do not deliver orders above $2000 to PO BOX.
